Log Component
Sheepsteak has uploaded a log file game component based on the Peon Game Library.  The component supports multiple logging levels and has a defined interface service so that other components can utilize the log component.  The download is available from ThreeSixBox.com.
XNA Game Studio Express Beta 2 On The Way
Over on the XNA Team Blog, Michael Klucher has posted news that there will be a much-requested Beta 2 of XNA Game Studio Express. No exact date is available yet, nor information on exactly what new features will be included in the second beta, but it stands to reason that we will probably see the highly anticipated unveiling of the Content Pipeline since Beta 2 will be out only a couple of weeks before the final release this holiday season.
PsyCadelik Releases Psykoban
Prolific XNA game creator PsyCadelik has released another 2D tile-based game called Psykoban.  It is a clone of Sokoban (Warehouse Keeper) with full source.  The game comes with 12 levels, but PsyCadelik provides a link to an internet database of hundreds of levels that can be used with the game.  Check out the thread on the GSE forum.
Model Viewer for .OBJ Objects
Poster "agamerguy" on the Microsoft XNA Forums has posted a message about a model viewer for .OBJ objects that he put together. 
 
The source code for the viewer is downloadble via a link in the full post.
Sprite Strip Composer Tool
John Harding posted on the MSDN GSE Forum about a Windows application he has put together and made available that will do the work of stitching together multiple PNG files into a "Sprite Strip" (A single image with multiple sprite frames).
 
The program has some nice options like an animated preview and the ability to control the output width of the resulting PNG file.  Check out the Full Post on the GSE Forum for the download link.
XNA Time Pilot 82
Jean-Francois Buisson has ported his java version of his Time Pilot clone... hop over to his website and checkout the XNA implementation of the classic arcade game "Time Pilot". Complete source code available for download.  Click Here
Missile Commandeer
XNA Rockstar has posted a message over at the MSDN Forums about a new game he just finished... this is a CLASSIC clone of Missile Commander... and I do mean CLASSIC... check it out here...
Microsoft shows off XNA to... well... Microsoft...
Michael Klucher, an XNA Team Member at Microsoft has a pretty interesting post over at his blog (which just got a complete visual overhaul!!! the new format looks great!) about XNA being shown off at a recent company meeting for Microsoft at Safeco Field (where the Mariners play)... apparently not everything in the works at Microsoft gets it time at a meeting like this and it was good to see that XNA/GSE made it in and the folks at the meeting all seemed pretty excited about the product and it's future.  Hop over a take a read...
Farseer Physics Engine
Farseer Physics EngineJeff Weber has just released the first version of his "Farseer Physics Engine" for 2D XNA Games.  From the Codeplex project page:
