金属-有机框架材料的设计合成、材料靶向传递、肿瘤诊疗、生物传感及生物界面化学等

科研和教研项目

1、国家自然科学青年基金项目,荧光和MRI双影像指导的肿瘤靶向的MOFs纳米光敏剂的光动治疗研究,24万元,主持。

2、江苏省重点研发计划(社会发展)面上项目,声响应型自降解MOF仿生纳米药物用于卵巢癌的释药免疫和声动联合疗法的技术研发,40万元,主持。

3、江苏省基础研究计划自然科学基金面上项目,自克服肿瘤乏氧微环境MOF纳米体系的构建及肿瘤的I/II协同增效机制的光动治疗研究,10万元,主持。

4、江苏省自然科学青年基金项目,基于红细胞膜包裹及靶向适配体组装的钆基金属-有机骨架对微小肿瘤组织的MRI成像和PDT治疗研究,20万元,主持。

5、江苏省博士后科研资助计划A类资助,双重级联提高纳米光敏剂ROS产率及增强肿瘤PDT疗效的研究,8万元,主持。

6、中国博士后科学基金第14批特别资助(站中),基于增效活性氧产率的三位一体”MOF纳米递送平台的构建及肿瘤PDT研究,18万元,主持。

7、中国博士后科学基金面上资助一等资助,卟啉与钆的金属有机骨架构建及用于MRIPDT治疗研究,8万元,主持。
